founder-led sales, without the founder doing the prospecting.

  • raised a seed round
  • hiring their first ae
  • just moved to hubspot

outbound that reads like you did the research. because i did.

the problem

Founder-led sales works because buyers want to talk to the person building the product. The hard part is everything before the call.

Finding the right companies, working out why they'd care right now, and writing something worth replying to takes hours every week. Those are hours you should be spending on the product and on the calls.

So prospecting gets handed to a template, and templates get ignored. Buyers can spot a mail merge from the first line.

Both emails are examples. Tallgrass and Priya are made up.

how it works

  1. Step 1: find buying signals

I watch for the moments a company is most likely to need what you sell: a new funding round, a role they're hiring for, a tool they just adopted or dropped. Those signals decide who's worth emailing, and when.

    • funding
    • hiring
    • tech changes
  2. Step 2: build a verified, researched list

Every lead gets checked: a real person in the right role, an email address that won't bounce, and a note on why they're on the list. You see the reasoning, not just a spreadsheet.

  3. Step 3: write the campaigns and launch them

I write each campaign from that research, so it reads like it came from you. Then I set up the sending, launch, watch the replies, and adjust.

what you get

a researched lead list
Every company and contact, the signal that put them on the list, and a verified email address. It stays yours.
the copy
Emails and follow-ups written from the research. You approve everything before it goes out.
campaign setup
Sequences and sending configured properly, so emails land in the inbox and replies come back to you.
a weekly reply report
Who replied, what they said, and what I'm changing next week. Short enough to read on your phone.

about

hi, i'm yukti.

I'm a software engineer. I build outbound systems with code and AI: scripts that watch for buying signals, find and verify the right people, and help me research each company before I write a word.

AutomationArc is new, so I'm testing the whole system on my own outreach first. No borrowed logos, no made-up numbers. Just the work.

if you're reading this from my email, it worked.

questions

who is this for?

B2B startups between seed and Series A, usually 5 to 30 people, where a founder still runs sales. You have a product people pay for and you want more of the right conversations, without spending your week prospecting.

how long until i see results?

Research, the lead list and sending setup take about two weeks. Once campaigns are live, the first weekly report shows you what's coming back. I won't promise a number of meetings before I've seen your market. That's what the pilot is for.

what do you need from me?

About an hour at the start: who your best customers are, what you sell, and how you talk about it. After that, a few minutes a week to approve copy. The replies and the conversations are yours.

do you use ai to write the emails?

I use code and AI for the research and the grunt work: spotting signals, verifying emails, pulling context on each company. I write and edit the copy myself, and you approve it before anything is sent.

how much does it cost?

It starts with a small paid pilot, so you can see the work before committing to more. We'll agree on scope and price on the intro call.
